Movement & Mobility: Discover how your feet maybe one of the keys to unlocking the whole body. Using functional movement with focused cues and exploring connections that are often overlooked you will open up postural restrictions, release pain, and boost your strength.

Functional Neurology & Nervous System Hacks: Learn how to access the hub of your body’s operating system to improve your movement and cognitive thought processes fast. This mind blowing (literally) session will show you how powerful the brain is in holding you back but can be equally powerful in moving you forward.

Somatic Awareness: Tune into the body blind spots of your body holding tension and release them effortlessly using the gentle tools from MELT Method. This session will leave you feeling like you are walking on air and prepare you for a great night’s sleep.
